Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Global Advisors website and consulting services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• "We/Us/Our" refers to Global Advisors, a business consulting firm based in Singapore
• "Client" means any individual or organization that has entered into a service agreement with us

2. Use of Services

Eligibility

• Services are available to users who are at least 18 years old
• Users must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Corporate users must be authorized to bind their organizations
• Account registration requires accurate and complete information

Account Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Providing false information may result in termination of services

Acceptable Use

Services are provided for legitimate business purposes. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of our services.

3. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use services for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Property

All content, methodologies, frameworks, and materials provided through our services remain the exclusive property of Global Advisors. This includes but is not limited to:

• Consulting frameworks and methodologies
• Research reports and analysis
• Website content and design elements
• Trademarks, logos, and brand materials
• Software and technical solutions

Limited License

We grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for authorized purposes. This license does not include rights to:

• Reproduce or distribute content without written permission
• Create derivative works based on our materials
• Use content for commercial purposes outside agreed scope
• Transfer or sublicense rights to third parties

5. Consulting Service Terms

Engagement Process

• Services commence upon execution of engagement agreement
• Scope, deliverables, and timelines defined in project documentation
• Client cooperation required for successful service delivery
• Changes to scope may affect timeline and fees

Payment Terms

• Fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise specified
• Payment terms: 30% upon engagement, milestone payments as agreed
• Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest
• Client responsible for applicable taxes and expenses

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during engagements. This obligation survives termination of services.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Services will meet all your requirements or expectations
• Services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in services will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for lost profits or business opportunities
• Total liability shall not exceed service fees paid in preceding 12 months

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Advisors, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our services
• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Infringement of any third-party rights
• Any content or information you provide
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

8. Termination

Termination Rights

• Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice
• We may terminate immediately for violation of terms
• Client remains liable for fees incurred before termination
• Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, user's right to access services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
